1. Acceptance of terms

By registering and using Arduos, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Service description

Arduos is a platform that connects users who offer and seek services between individuals. We act as a technology intermediary and offer an escrow payment system to protect transactions.

3. Registration and account

You must be at least 18 years old to register.
The information provided must be truthful and up to date.
You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
An individual can only have one account.

4. Ad publishing

Ads must describe legal and real services.
We reserve the right to reject or remove ads that violate these rules.
Prices must be reasonable and reflect the service offered.
It is forbidden to publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory or misleading content.

5. Payments and escrow system

Payments are processed through third-party providers (Stripe). The escrow system holds the payment until both parties confirm delivery of the service.

The buyer deposits the payment, which is held in escrow.
After the service is delivered, the buyer confirms and the payment is released to the seller.
In case of dispute, an administrator will mediate to resolve the conflict.

6. User conduct

Users agree to:

Not use the platform for illegal activities.
Not attempt to circumvent the payment system.
Treat other users with respect.
Not create fake accounts or impersonate others.

7. Limitation of liability

Arduos acts as a technology intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality, legality or fulfilment of services exchanged between users. We strive to provide a secure platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

8. Intellectual property

The design, code, brand and original content of Arduos are owned by its creators. Users retain the rights to the content they publish, granting Arduos a licence to display it on the platform.

9. Account cancellation

Sie können die Löschung Ihres Kontos jederzeit beantragen, indem Sie sich an [email protected] wenden. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, Konten zu sperren oder zu löschen, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.

10. Änderungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen jederzeit ändern. Wir werden Sie über wesentliche Änderungen informieren. Die fortgesetzte Nutzung der Plattform setzt die Annahme der aktualisierten Bedingungen voraus.

11. Anwendbares Recht

Diese Bedingungen unterliegen spanischem Recht. Alle Streitigkeiten werden vor den zuständigen Gerichten Spaniens beigelegt.
